Abstract

Sedimentasi pada perairan menjadi masalah di banyak negara saat ini, termasuk Indonesia. Parameter-parameter lingkungan yang mempengaruhi proses terbentuknya sedimen salah satunya adalah konsentrasi Dissolved Oxygen (DO), pH dan suhu. Salah satu pencemar yang tinggi di sedimen yaitu Total Fosfat (TP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara DO, pH dan suhu di perairan terhadap TP di sedimen.  Lokasi penelitian berjumlah 9 yang terdiri dari inlet danau, outlet danau, dan pemanfaatan danau. Hasil analisis DO, pH dan suhu dibandingkan dengan PP No 22 Tahun 2021 baku mutu air kelas II sedangkan hubungan DO, pH dan suhu terhadap TP menggunakan spearman. Hasil DO, pH dan suhu masih belum melebihi baku mutu air kelas II, namun trend konsentrasi pH menuju basa. TP di sedimen tertinggi berasal dari lokasi Keramba Jaring Apung (KJA) diikuti oleh aktivitas pertanian dengan penggunaan pupuk dan pepstisida. Feses ikan dan sisa pakan diduga menjadi penyebab tingginya TP di sedimen. Hubungan DO terhadap TP negatif sedangkan suhu dan pH memiliki hubungan yang positif.
